Bus was ok, was an hour early so that's decent. No sleep got on this 'sleeper bus' though No pillow provided Staff shouting at each other talking at the front the whole trip. Also on loud speaker phone calls at front of bus Curtain just randomly pulled twice during the night to ask my name and destination, do this when we board?? Constant coughing from staff How is anyone expected to get any sleep at all? Driving so bad and fast I was almost thrown out of the bed several times in the middle of the night Company also incredibly hard to get in contact with, only answer messages when you spam them with calls

The bus is okay, departed on time. However we arrived 2 hours late cause the only stopped we had, was for the drivers to eat and they spent 45 minutes with all of us inside cause they didn’t make us go out.

Poot planning . They texted an hour before planned departure because the police were around the pick up point . I understand is an inconvenient but the comoany should have a plan to fix this, not pass the problem to the customer

The bus was 1.5 hours late, the temperature inside the bus was super cold and the driver was driving a bit crazy and honking the horn all the time for no reason. We got to where we needed to be but it was not the best.

Communication was poor from the start. The trip was spilt up and we were not told. The first mini bus was only a tad late (which we didn't realize we were getting) but the main bus from Da Nang to Phong Nha was extremely delayed and there was no communication given. We were stuck in the office for over 2 hours and were informed it would only be 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions. Both times this wasn't true. We were hoping to get food so the wait wouldn't have been as bad had we have been informed of the true wait time. Also felt that the driver was trying to compensate for the time which resulted in a fast, unnerving and bumpy journey.
