The bus is okay, departed on time. However we arrived 2 hours late cause the only stopped we had, was for the drivers to eat and they spent 45 minutes with all of us inside cause they didn’t make us go out.

Poot planning . They texted an hour before planned departure because the police were around the pick up point . I understand is an inconvenient but the comoany should have a plan to fix this, not pass the problem to the customer

The bus was 1.5 hours late, the temperature inside the bus was super cold and the driver was driving a bit crazy and honking the horn all the time for no reason. We got to where we needed to be but it was not the best.

Communication was poor from the start. The trip was spilt up and we were not told. The first mini bus was only a tad late (which we didn't realize we were getting) but the main bus from Da Nang to Phong Nha was extremely delayed and there was no communication given. We were stuck in the office for over 2 hours and were informed it would only be 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions. Both times this wasn't true. We were hoping to get food so the wait wouldn't have been as bad had we have been informed of the true wait time. Also felt that the driver was trying to compensate for the time which resulted in a fast, unnerving and bumpy journey.

There were positives and negatives to the bus journey from Hoi An to Phong Nha. On the positive side, we were picked up from our hotel by a driver to take us to the bus company office. The bus that we had was clean and comfortable. On the negative side, we were told as we were leaving that there would be a 30 minute wait in Hue. This turned into 3 hours, but without explanation or information on how long the wait would be. We weren’t even in one place as we moved up and down the road. Instead of arriving at 7pm, it was 11:30pm.

The departure station was a little confusing cuz it was just outside some closed shop and no one spoke to us first, but then we asked a guy there and he said we were at the right stop. Came 30 mins late (someone else on the same trip was informed about it, but we weren't) and arrived 30 mins early. Pretty comfortable.

Operator was late by 2hrs without giving any prior info. Compartment length is shorter for average Indian. Driver and conductor talks whole night- distrubing sleep continuously. Too many stops at random places but no good stop for using restroom facility
