Great experience, felt very looked after before and during the journey. All the staff were very helpful. The bus timings changed to an hours earlier the day before which was slightly inconvenient but fine. The bus stopped 45mins before our stop, we were told to get off and there was a private taxi to take us the rest of the journey. This wasn’t that surprising as we had read reviews citing similar experiences, but something to be maybe be mindful of if you’re a solo female traveler.

Once again I found the drivers and staff to be very unfriendly and dictatorial. . The driver also hooted that every single thing that he passed which does not help people to sleep. While I understand that this is one of the mechanisms of creating safety on the road, I noticed that it had simply become habitual and that by hooting he was not actually creating any awareness or safety but simply doing it out of habit. The waters were warm and we’re not put inside the fridge and the fridge was used for the Driver’s personal items. The bus itself was great, was on time, was clean, but the extractor fan was extremely loud and ran for an unnecessarily long period of time before it” automatically” switched off

Split me up away from my child and sat all the foreigners separately at the back back of the bus on top bunks. Staff very rude, don’t bother asking to move, they are rude and ignore you. They do not allow you your allocated seats. They put all the Vietnamese families together on the bottom bunks. After setting off 30mins into the journey they stopped at off to eat lunch leaving us all just sat on the bus waiting 😂 The woman at the booking office just ignore you and continue chatting as if you’re not there.

Where to start. The bus was 40 minutes late, the drivers were not very pleasant and to top it off their driving ability was horrendous because we crashed. This caused about another 45-60 minute delay. We should have arrived in Phong Nha from Hoi An at 9pm, didn't arrive until 1am. The only credit goes to the nice lady at the check in office front desk.

We were nervous about our first sleeper bus trip as had seen so many mixed reviews but this trip was great! Communication via whatsapp prior, left pretty much on time and the bus was very comfortable. We stopped multiple times on this trip from Hoi An to Phong Nha and each stop with the opportunity to use the bathroom and purchase food. The operator was friendly and helpful. Sure sometimes the driving felt a little hectic, but that is just driving in Vietnam and we never felt unsafe.

Bus arrived on time. Cabin cushions are clean but filthy underneath. I had a plastic cub crinkled underneath. Only major annoying thing was the constant honking as the bus horn is loud.

The bus is little old most of the are not fictional. Staff and the operator was nice and pleasent..I will make tried to book for a better quality ride text time.
