Excellent service, it was punctual and arrived to the destination before estimated time. Excellent driver, it was very easy to identity place to meet and it was always very easy to stay in touch with them. Very expensive for a full Van. Paid much more than for a Grab. Car was ok. Pick up time wasn’t 13.05, it was 13.30. Driver wasn’t that friendly.

First they picked us up with a buggy, which drive all over the place. Therefore, we were approached five times before the right driver showed up, but then we were unsure whether to get on because he kept asking us where we wanted to go. We had to consult the bus company, which confirmed that it was the right buggy. Another passenger who arrived later had a similar experience. Better communication or a better-briefed driver would have been welcome. In the end, we ended up on the right bus and were taken safely to Da Nang.

They took us by car and then changed to a van. The car was crowded, but the van was quite empty, so it was more comfortable. It delayed about 10min, not a problem. They were good in the communication and I was able to improve my departure location to a closer to me that I didn't know it existed.
