booked a shuttle last minute to travel from hoi an to da nang. found the company through 12go and wasn’t sure if it was a legit shuttle but took the chance. it was great! a little hard to figure out the pick up point at first. but the custom service was fantastic and immediately contacted me through whatsapp to ensure i would make the shuttle on time. shuttle was clean comfortable and efficient. also was cheaper than taking a motorbike grab for the same distance! highly recommend.

On time, driver was friendly, basic transfer for 1/3 price of Grab, you can even bring luggage. Didnt recieve message with license plate but pickup spot isnt that big to miss the van or ask around.
