The booking process was easy and the confirmation cam quickly. The driver was on time and very friendly and helpful. We liked him very much. He also asked us, if we wanted to make a stop to got to the toilet, which we very much appreciated. On that occasion he want and bought each of as a bottle of water. Perfect service!! Sadly the car did smell a little bit of someone smoking (not recently but at some point) and the windows weren't completely clean. But that's nitpicking.

A fair journey, nothing great or too bad to say about it really. The pick up is the Trung Nga office near Bui Vien street and they transfer you by minivan to a bus station. The bus is standard SE Asia - seats not too comfortable, cramped and a bumper ride with lots of beeping. But overall, the journey was fine, we had a little stop halfway and timing wasn’t too bad, just a little later but that’s to be expected.
