Gennadii GThere was no warning that we’d have to take off our shoes and practically hold them. The drivers were rude, loud, and arrogant—more like military bosses than drivers. They would suddenly blast music at full volume, painfully loud, and even shout; I had to firmly tell them to turn it down. It was awful. I refused to keep my shoes with me because it's my seat and no space, so they put them in the luggage compartment, then later just tossed them onto the sidewalk, forcing me to walk after them across a dirty floor. Overall, a terrible bus and terrible service.

Mike Hcomfortable seats and provide amenities. dropped my airpod beneath the seat, asked them to search for it, they couldn’t find it. after the trip was over we were told to get into the transport vehicle and that they would look for it and call us. its been about a week and no calls were received. had to chat with their customer support on zalo, they didn’t give any help either. they said they’d call and no calls were received either
