No one speaks english, what it makes really difficult to understand, how the transport works. The air conditioner was way to strong, so it was freezing and because of it was broken, I had no chance to turn it off.

I'm giving a low rating because I was not comfortable with the overall service. While I did reach my destination, the experience was disappointing. The driver was rude, his driving was poor (and I’ve taken the bus several times in Vietnam), and I couldn’t sleep during the ride because of his driving. There were no stops along the way, or never asked if we needed it. When we arrived in Can Tho, a second minibus was waiting for other passengers. Since my homestay was in the same direction, I asked the driver if he could drop me off nearby, but he refused and told me to take a taxi instead. This was surprising, as drivers are usually very helpful with me. I wasn't expecting this level of service, I'm not sure I would book again.

This was the best ride we had on our Vietnam trip. The driver was extremely punctual and drove safely. The bus/van was clean and the seat belts worked (we've had worse experiences with other companies before)
