We got a shuttle bus to the bus station. Our bus left on time and we arrived 45 minutes early to our destination. We were then offered another shuttle bus from Futa bus from the bus station to close to our hotel. Plus the bus was very new and the sleeper seats, really comfortable. Excellent service.

We were put on a minibus first to take us to the main bus depot and hour away. Nobody explained what was going on and how to get our coach connection but by using logic and common sense and reading the very small print on our ticket we worked it out ourselves and made our very nice comfy coach. Some more communication would have been better but it's their country and their language so no complaints.

The driver drove very aggressive. He was swaying from left to right and pushed himself between other vehicles. He let no one com in front of him. I got sick from his driving. He also didn’t speak a word of English and was not friendly. Never again!!

No one informed us before buying tickets that we will start in minibus and change to sleeper on outskirts of Ho chi minh. Lady in the office at departure location only focused to repeat the same unrecognizable sentences over and over again and get us onboard minivan. We arrived 30mins before, minibus took us 15 mins before scheduled departure and later on we waited for 45mins on another location. Tickets on 12go were bought for direct connection starting 2pm. We took off earlier, waited 45mins and left HCMC at 3pm. Its all messy, communication is limited and its terribly annoying english speakers.

The trip was fine, but the sears are small and leg room less spacious. There was not enough room for all luggage so some had to be inside the van, the van was old and the blinds didn’t go up on one side.

No Toilette in Bus. They dont tell you when they will stop for Toilet. They did not drop us at the bus terminal, instead somwhere at a main street junction. From there Grab brouth us (4 person) to where we wanted to go.
