Absolutely horrible experience, they drive like we are cattle ,reckless driving, they compete on road who is faster. The bus is all shaking and swinging from being on gas and break all the time.Absolutely unnecessary, it could be such pleasant experience if they drive slower.Government should put limit on this busses how much is permitted for them to drive. We arrived 1 hour earlier on designated place.

It was amazing. Bed is hard...suck it up. I had awesome room mates. Very considerate. Although we didn't speak because of a language barrier. But the trip was great. The scenery just before Da Nang coming from the north was worth the whole trip, although I feel like I got a better feel for the country as we went south. Everything was great. The train was a bit behind, and I only mentioned this to those that might not know. Just plan to get there when you get there and dont sweat it. If you are worried about punctuality go to Japan. Here leave your cares and problems behind here and just go with the flow...and it was only like a hour late, on a 17 or so hour trip. The station was easy to navigate, everything was awesome.

Good bus and facilities but poor experience with the driver and the team who was highly unprofessional, rude and not really helpful. Also, the team smoked while en route, which caused to a strong smoke scent in the whole bus.

The space was quite small. Toilet was broken. I requested them for a toilet break but had to wait for over an hour. But the staff on the bus were quite polite. That’s why I gave 3.

Arrived on time, very clean and spacious. Book the lower cabin if you want a smoother less bumpy sleep - we stayed in upper and still slept great. Flight neck pillows improve comfort also! The bus does not announce when you arrive at your destination so you need to be awake and vigilant the next morning otherwise you most likely will miss your stop. Use Google translate to speak with the driver though as they are helpful.

It was a different and pleasant experience. The train was clean and the washrooms were cleaned multiple times during the travel. The AC was cold at certain times so the blanket provided is perfectly apt. The trains shakes a bit of course which could be difficult for some but we were mostly ok and we slept most of the night hours to feel much of it. Would surely recommend
