It was first time travelling by sleeper bus and it was excellent. Ha have been picked up from hotel and dropped to sleeper bus, everything was on time or even ahead of schedule and company responded to us quickly when we have messaged them.

Mr Long our driver was really good. Breaks at regular intervals. As we got towards Sapa the road was full of landslides, he drove confidently but safely and insisted on getting us to as close to our destination.

Booked a trip from Hà Long Bay to Sapa after finishing a cruise. Unlike every other tour/driver in Vietnam I wasn't given any driver/vehicle details so I had to ask the cruise guide to phone and get some details for us. We then met our driver outside the cruise terminal. Car was luxury and fit 3 adults nicely. The driver was great but we noticed he put the airport in as the destination (we had booked through to Sapa). We managed a stunted conversation thanks to Google translate and also called vts who explained that due to driver rules, the drivers couldn't do lore than 6 hours and we had to change cars/drivers in order to comply. Initially we thought we were being put on a bus but it turned out to be the same type of nice suv. The second driver took us to toilets and food stops along the way and was easily the best driver we've had in any country for many years. Would love to have gotten his name so I could ask specifically for him next time. He was professional, avoided potholes to ensure a smoother ride and committed to getting us there in decent time but also safe. Aside from the absence of communication about the driver details and driver change we are very happy with the transfer service.

Air con barely worked- staff were aware as they came round to check the air ports with their hands but offered no solution. No charge points. We had two stop offs on a 9/10 hour ride. We have two children who needed the toilet. The meal stop off was 10 minutes which only allowed time to use the toilet rather than get any food. Overall, an uncomfortable ride. To add, the pick up point got changed in the morning which cost us additional money to get to new destination. This also left nearly an hour late.
