Tara JThey sent us a text the night before with a different time (9:00) than our tickets said (9:30). You would think this information would be emphasized in some way, like in bold font, given its own line, or even a line break so the departure time got its own paragraph.

Something to visually convey its importance and draw your eyes to that specific information. Instead, it was in the middle of an essay length text of rules about the bus like no eating, take your shoes off, etc. So we missed our bus by 10 minutes and they put us on the next one, which was 2 hours later. When we got to our destination, we walked out of the bus to see that the employees had pretty much tossed our backpacks onto the street (not the sidewalk, the street) so they could shut the doors and leave. It had been raining so the street was wet and our things got dirty. If it was hard exterior luggage I can understand but it seems like common sense to not put a cloth backpack on a wet dirty street.

Amber VAt the waiting point there was everything; snacks, toilet, drinks and a place to chill. The bus was good, but didn’t like that we couldn’t eat on it. The drivers and other people were very loud. They didn't take into account the passengers who wanted to sleep. There were also a lot of random stops in the traffic jam. As a result, we arrived an hour later instead of half an hour later. When we were dropped off, everything had to happen really fast. I didn't find them friendly or accommodating. A plus is that there was a toilet on the bus.
