Tomas GFirst pickup bus was 45min early, glad I was there an hour early.
Main bus Ha Giang - Ha Noi left the city 1hour late.
I was dropped off in the middle of the city, random. Not a station, not an office.
Had to pay out of my pocket for a grab across the city which took me 45min to go to a bus office.
I was told the bus will pick me up 18:30.
I was picked up 20:30
During the drive we stopped to change the buss wheels. No one was informed. We stopped for at least an hour while after 45min some just asked to open the door.
ETA was 07:00AM. - Arrived 12:00 PM.
Was planing to catch another bus, but missed it because of this.
Sleep was almost impossible. The staff were screaming at the passengers when they needed to get off.
No WiFi, no usb-c, minor inconvenience.
In the future if there are transfers I would plan them myself not to waste time waiting for no reason.
