The booking was fine through this site. The problem was with the bus company. We got delayed 2 hours originally then spent another hour and a half hanging around the bus depot expecting to board there. But no, we had to go meet the bus on the highway. 5 hours delay total. Bus driver was extremely rude. My only advice is to read the bus company reviews before booking.
