The departure from the specified place was 50 minutes earlier to the specified departure. The car AC was not working and we were basically freezing cold the whole trip. The driver was coughing the whole time - a sick driver should not be working… Even though we started 50 minutes earlier, we arrived with 45 min delay due to a 30 minute stop in a random place on the road built to scam tourists (extreme prices for food and various touristic things). The only benefit of the ride was a nice car (but with not working heater). We did not get even water bottle (which was a standard on other trips).
