Very different arrival and departure times. No toilet on board as advertised. Very old bus, despite paying more for the ‘nicer’ bus. Minimal toilet stops offered. The dinner was nice

The 6 berth cabin was clean and acceptable. But we did not sleep in the cabin as we upgraded to the VIP cabin before the journey started at $600K VND. I would suggest getting a VIP cabin for couples in general if you can afford.

Quality of the sanitary and cabines very very bad. Would not recommend to book with this company.

For 184cm seats/beds are littlebit too small. But otherwise travelling with bus 14hours was nice experience and meal was better than normally in airplanes.

Generally a comfortable ride. Some really beautiful views. My only complaints would be that the room was too hot and there were roaches in the bed.

The train was an hour late, which was announced shortly before it was supposed to arrive. The cabins were crowded since everyone stayed on the two lower beds. The toilets were disgusting. It was quite quiet during the night which made it possible to get some sleep.

I booked a domestic flight with Viejet. At check in I have been informed that my flight will be delayed for 90 Minutes. No excuses therefore. I than had to be booked on another flight because of an additional one hour. I could just get my connection flight to S'pore. The staff worked hard on my issue. I appreciate that.

It wasn’t horrid but it wasn’t excellent either. Train was 90 minutes late to depart. The cabin itself was comfortable although the floors were pretty dirty. The food served wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The smell of cigarette smoke was a big issue especially when it’s a non smoking cabin. Toilets also had no paper and often overflowed with water ending up all over the floor.

Not our idea of luxury. There is no difference in the cabins so better to book direct at the station. Toilet dirty and no paper. Cabin dirty with cockroaches. Had to share with 2 men who got on later. Not worth the money! Only saving grace was the scenery as we left Da Nang

Not sure if the fault here lies with 12goasia or livitrans. As per many other reviews on tripadvisor this did not seem to be a livitrans service but a standard vnr train. Whilst I’m not bothered by this and the train was fine it was not as advertised and the communication about how to pick up tickets was awful. Just so people know you exchange the voucher at the desk in Da Nang station for your tickets...

Flight was good although it left an hour late. The emails from 12go Asia almost make it worth not using them. They spam you until you write a review. The booking service itself works perfectly, no problems there, but after my flight I've received about 20 emails a day asking me to review them. Even after writing a review the emails did not stop??
