The driving was very fast and break, making me always thinking i will fall down from the top seat! I avtuslly ask for botyom seat because that’s what we thought we have paid, but the guys rudley said that we couldn’t because was fully booked even if there were several free spot on the bottom. I really needed to use the washroom do i asked ehen we will stop and he saud no stops because there is a toilette in the bus. It was do dmall that i barrly was able to close the foor without smash my knees and with his driving like maniac imposdible to seat without falling. Anyway in the middle of the night he stopped for about an hour but not gor us to use the washroom but to unload tons of i think rice bag in differet places in a midfle of nowhere. I asked if i coukd go foen to use the washroom and he said no. He woke up us in Nha trang rudley to get off but we showed him already before that we were going to DaLat..terrible ride

I know it’s Vietnamese culture to always be honking horns but seems a little excessive. Even wearing earplugs very difficult to rest. I’ve rented many motorbikes in Vietnam and these tour buses sound the horns for no reason. Other than that good experience.

Doesn’t mention that they make you go to a random gas station to be picked up by someone to drive you to Hoi An to then get on your bus. Not very comfortable, only half my aircon worked & they kept leaving very bright LEDs on in the cabin & the driver drove like a psycho causing us to be thrown about in the seat as the seatbelt didn’t work. But at least he arrived 2hrs early

Bus was comfortable and clean, however driver was driving too fast. We were getting thrown from side to side each time the bus went round a bend, impossible to sleep.

Pros - Clean and comfortable vehicle Cons - In Bus Washroom was in horrible condition, felt like puking - Very rude and grumpy ticket person, driver and conductor.. They didn't help me keep my bags, I had to do that myself. - They provided me end seats which is obviously bumpy , even though I requested them middle seats which were empty - They didn't know a word of English and were not co-operative. - Choice of rest stops was horrible where you don't get any food for vegans and vegetarians. - Journey was delayed by 2+ hours
