The actual bus price for VIP bus seat is 350.000 VND (14$). 12 Go takes a commission of 220.000 VND (9$) which is close to the entire bus fare I paid. So the total amount for my booking is 570.000 VND (23$). In short, this is what happened, we boarded the VIP bus, it moved just 200m from the bus company's depot and then stopped on the side of the road for 30 mins. Then they asked us to shift to normal bus, I had to keep my luggage on my lap. Could not sleep. Reached Ho Chi Minh city after 10 hours. After spending 23$ and after big fight with 12Go Asia Support, all i received in refund is 6$. Terrible bus company and never make booking through 12 Go Asia, just do directly with Travel Agency, at least you will be able to get your full amount back directly from them or choose not to pay.

Was a comfortable bus honestly. Instructions for boarding were clear. However, the arrival time was set at 6:15 and we got in at 4am to a location that was not the one set on the ticket. I asked the staff member and he looked clueless. I know times are an estimate but 2.15 hours early is a bit ridiculous, we had no accommodation booked for the night and didn’t know where we were. Overall a comfortable ride but just be wary.

Bus was nearly an hour late and stopped a long way from where the map said it would so I had to get a taxi. The lady in Da Lat spoke English and helped me but the driver didn't. I had to ask another passenger for help when we stopped.
