If Toilets and windows are cleaner the journey would have been more pleasant. Also berth sheets don’t look fresh, lot of litter around and dirty sheets.

We left early and arrived early which meant we had longer to wait to get into our room and someone was smoking on the bus. There was an operator who was messaging at 19:00 asking where we’re were despite the bus not being due to leave until 20:15.
