Eugene HI feel like Vietjet tries to scam you where they can for the few extra dollars. Your ticket can be booked using your first and last names, but at the airport they require that your middle ame be included on the air ticket. No middle name on your ticket? You go to the counter, have your middle name added, and pay VND 216,000 ($8 US)
Seems completely silly other than to pick your pocket for an extra $8 US. Other than that the flight was uneventful; just the way I like em. For the 1 hour flight Vietjet was fine. Our flight was delayed about 45 minutes, but we arrived safely, so all was well.

Detlef The bus driver wasn't the friendliest. The reclining seats are very narrow and only suitable for people up to 1.75m tall and weighing a maximum of 75kg. Since I'm 65 years old, I asked the driver to give me a reclining seat on the ground floor, as the upper level seats are only 1.70m high. I could barely climb up there because I had a sprained leg. The driver couldn't help me and said I had to take the reclining seat on the first floor, while teenagers had found seats on the ground floor! The bus smelled of nicotine because a driver had smoked a cigarette during the night journey.

Amaury DThe bus was comfortable and there was toilets inside, first time for a sleeper.
Nevertheless we left nearly one hour earlier, the driver was very fast, impossible to sleep, we arrived 2 hours earlier. This could have been nice but arriving at 5 am instead of 7 am wasn’t the best thing.

Christin MIt started off so well with a good communication via WhatsApp. I asked for a fairly quiet booth so they assigned a specific one to me that it’s OK and quiet, which obviously is difficult to do on a bus like that, but I was quite happy to have a contact and somebody to talk to. then finding the stop and the bus was easy enough, but then it got weird. so my bed that was assigned to me was already taken, and then they wanted to put me into a lower bunk one which I didn’t want to, but then they found one for me, which was OK. The bunk itself was fairly comfortable so not much to say about that. It was OK. but then when we got close to Nha Trang, I noticed that the bus was not heading towards the drop off point that we were told and so I went to the driver and said are we not going to nha Trang, because we seem to driving past it and he said no no no and go back. so then all of a sudden they woke everybody up for nha Trang and turned out we were somewhere on the outside of the city. We had to take another bus to get us into the city center, which was not communicated and suddenly I had to get all my luggage and it was dark and it was muddy from the rain the night before so all my luggage got dirty. I had to carry it all for like at least 200-300 meters to get to another bus and then he just said sit down wait for family. And so I just called to grab and did the rest to get to my hotel. so it started off really well was good communication and then completely got off the rails with no communication and no customer service in the end

Святослав МIt was a torture. Bus left at 19:45 instead of 18:30. There was overbooking so they didn’t let me in for some time because of having tourist group of 16 people. None of the station staff spoke English. Finally they gave me the seat that wasn’t mine and was in the first row, just next to the drivers. All the road they were talking, watching YouTube and smoked inside. I am letting them ** only because we got to Nha Trang alive. Overall experience was terrible.

Jelena SAlthough the bus arrived one and a half hours later than the scheduled time, the trip itself went well, and we reached the final destination on time. However, it was disappointing that neither the operator nor the driver (it is unclear who is responsible) informed the passengers in advance about the delay. If they had, we could have spent that time at our hotel and, most importantly, avoided the stress of standing outside at midnight not knowing whether the bus would arrive at all.

Andrej SDirty, no mention anywhere of a cover for the hut. I recommend a sleeping bag. Smell of cigarette smoke.

Alessandra HThe trip not good because they transportet stuff in the bus down. We couldnt put our baggage down there and i had to put it in my bed. Which was really uncomfortable. Than two times we stopped somewhere to unload there stuff… It was exhausting…took us 2 hours longer than booked
