Although the bus arrived one and a half hours later than the scheduled time, the trip itself went well, and we reached the final destination on time. However, it was disappointing that neither the operator nor the driver (it is unclear who is responsible) informed the passengers in advance about the delay. If they had, we could have spent that time at our hotel and, most importantly, avoided the stress of standing outside at midnight not knowing whether the bus would arrive at all.

Dirty, no mention anywhere of a cover for the hut. I recommend a sleeping bag. Smell of cigarette smoke.

The trip not good because they transportet stuff in the bus down. We couldnt put our baggage down there and i had to put it in my bed. Which was really uncomfortable. Than two times we stopped somewhere to unload there stuff… It was exhausting…took us 2 hours longer than booked

It was decent ride, I slept the whole way. Within the first 2 hours of the drive we stopped 4 times, not to let anyone on or off either, it kept waking me up bc I thought we were going to hop off to eat or use the toilet.

Very bad communication. No one of the staff spoke English. My luggage was not aloud in the storage compartment under the bus, needed to bring it into my cabbin that was already small. No one could explain me why. Me as an European look different then the people here in Vietnam. One of the staff member video called someone just to show me how I looked without asking me. Very rude and awkward. It should be a sleeper bus, the way how the driver drove it was impossible to sleep. Fast and sharp movements and using the horn unnecessarily often. If been in more sleeper busses before, never had such a bad experience. De bus itself was great, better then I ever had, it was the attitude of the staff that made my experience very poor.

When we came to the bus station, there was a woman in the ticket counter, and she was calling someone all the time (it looked like she was organising our trip) and some other tourists. She told us to wait. We decided to go to buy some water. When we came back, there were no other people and this woman called us and asked (finally) for our tickets. She walked us and some other people (who had the same time of departure) to the bus driver and we finally were in the vehicle. BUT the adventure has only started. When we put all the stuff in the corners of the place, some chaos started: turned out some passengers had a ticket for 19:20, and some - for 20:15. Our option was second. And when we realised that they can just through us away of the bus, we started to panic. And some of the passengers were kicked off the bus (couldn’t find any kinder word, because it was harsh). And as we had found out previously, they had the same departure time as we did. We started panicking even more. When it was our turn, the lady from the ticket counter (who was checking the tickets) told us to leave the bus. We weren’t sure, whether they’ll give us another bus or they’ll just leave us at the bus station, but with all the atmosphere (some other women were trying to stay on the bus at all costs and already have started arguing) we decided to go out. Luckily, they just put us on another bus, which started moving as soon as we got on board. The place for sleeping was a little bit smaller, but everything else was not so bad. So overall experience (because of the organisation and service) was just poor 😕
