I waited 1 hrs for the pick up. I think travel operator transfered me to next bus without notification. This is not acceptable. Driver was good, ride was smooth.

The voucher told us to be at the departure point 60 minutes in advance. Of course nobody was there and the pick-up point was not specific so we contacted the company. After a while they replied that the driver will be late so we should go to a cafe and the will pick us up there. At least this worked. On the way he picked Christmas decorations and another passenger. The driver apologized and probably it is not his fault but our overall experience was bad. Ended up with 1 hour delay. Next time take Grab.

Really great company, replied to my message straight away and was able to be flexible with pick up and drop off location so that it was right outside the hotels I was staying in. The driver came on time and we got to Hoi An from Da Nang very quickly.

It was good contacting me bus stop was changed due to floods in Hoi An. However I was little bit confused about the place they told us because the car parking they said didn’t have any signs, and there were two big car parking.

Clear instructions. They even took the initiative to offer a more convenient pickup point than the one I selected. Very efficient transfer. Brand on the bus was different to the one I booked with. If any minor improvement is possible it would be to communicate this to avoid confusion. Overall great service.
