The bus was an hour late and it wasn’t at all the bus that was showed in the pictures on the site. There was mold and no curtains. During the trip something kept dripping on me from the ceiling of the bus.

Driver arrived on time. Good clean vehicle. I felt uncomfortable with some of the overtaking manouvers so I asked the driver to take it easy, which he did. Arrived safely at my destination.

The trip itself was fine. The STRESS about confirmation of my sleeper bus was terrible. Could the communication of 12go and the bus company be worse? I don't think so. 12go tells you you will get a confirmation email which never comes. You hire a grab to the bus stop not even knowing if you will be allowed on the bus, having booked a stay at the busses destination. You reach out to 12go and they know nothing. You mentally start planning alternative transportation plans. You conactvyou destination accommodation to let them know you may be arriving a day later. You arrive at the bus station early to hopefully board the bus. You are surprised to find the the bus crew is actually expecting you. Then you find out later that the bus company reached out by WhatsApp about your bus ride, but you never expected that because 12go never suggested to look for a WhatsApp message from the bus company! How does 12go stay in business? Strong marketing but ZERO customer service. 12go should change their name to 12STRESS

Only reason I am rating this 2* is because driver kept falling asleep at the wheel. Almost had head on collision with another tourist bus before he woke up and swerved, and another time he fell asleep and we went up on a grass verge. Was very scary and dangerous. Would have been 5* if wasn’t for this!
