Coron to El Nido Destination Reviews

MB
Even after buying ticket online you need to get a ticket in the counter, that only one lady is serving for all cruises. You wait one hour at 5am in the line for a ticket you already have, ferry needs to wait, we finally left around half an hour later, and arrived almost 2 hours late. At least in the end we arrived to destination.

Just remember to print the boat ticket, they won't let you aboard without it.

The seaport didn't know there was an additional boat on my day of travel, they said I had missed it as if departed at 7:30 am and had to rebook the next day. The booking office had to accompany me to the port to advise them there was another boat for the day I booked, causing a lot of stress and anxiety which I hadn't anticipated.

Had to pay for the terminal fee which is weird because they should just put it included in the ticket but everything was smooth

It was good to have the tourist bed option, so that you can sleep during the trip. But it would be nice if there were curtains for the bunks to have more privacy & block the lights. There needs to be better details or instructions on the ticket to where the passengers port is located. It was a. It confusing to understand where to go. You must go to pier 2 passenger terminal port in Cebu City (which is port 3) where you check-in for your ticket with Starlite. Then they have a shuttle to take all passengers to port 4 to board the ship.

The ferry was well organised and left on time. It was only 20 mins later getting into El Nido than schedules which is pretty good for the Philippines. No wifi, but a small shop. Trip took around 4 hours and was comfortable enough.
