It was ok. The pick up at the Aya service was 20 minutes after the selected time. So I went there 30 minutes before, as they require to check in, and ended up waiting 50 minutes. I didn’t appreciate it. The trip arrived on time in Pay. The van was leaking some water from I don’t know where, but it was “raining” on my head and arms. We stopped for a break half way, there was the chance to go to toilet and to eat something, it was really ok. The bus driver was driving carefully on the road and he was really patient. I would have give 3.5 but it’s not possibile to give half points. The major negative sides where the delay and the old/stinky/rainy van.

I was very disappointed that 12go wouldn’t let me select a seat. Then it put me in the back row where it was cramped and bumpy. People who booked directly with the carrier could select a seat.

It was a perfect ride. Goed driver, on time and comfortable mini van! Dropped us off at our hotel, total 6 people in a car for 9 persons.

Driving was too fast and a bit reckless. The drivers should not be pressured to do too many trips in one day; it is unsafe. Also our rucksacks and all their contents were drenched in the rain. They were placed on the roof under a cover that was obviously NOT waterproof, so what is the point of that?

They said we needed to be ready 10.00 because thats when we were going to get picked up at the bus station bc the bus was leaving at 10.30. Then we needed to wait until 1130/12 before they picked us up. If i had a flight that day that went before, it wouldve been a problem. Overall the ride was fine. Bur it was extremely late.
