The driver was extremely rude, he was driving very aggressively, all of the passengers were ready to vomit. Also the driver pushed me (literally) because I had two backpacks instead of one. Also he threw my backpacks and he pushed them in the trunk. I won’t choose again this company.

Overall good experience, we did arrive earlier than scheduled, driving style was ok, no issues with motion sickness. Driver did accept calls on his mobile phone though multiple times, when the bus he was driving really needed both hands to operate, and he was basically shouting into his phone. Bit annoying, but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

The driver drove very fast on the hilly side of the journey. A few times the van even drifted a little bit. It arrived earlier than shown on the ticket but this should not be at the expense of safety I think.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and got zero reply from customer service. I ended up having to pay double the already expensive rate to go to Pai from Chang Mai. Horrible/ Non existent customer service. I feel ripped off.

Bad, pick up was two hours delayed. Arrived 4,5hrs later that expected. Drivers were rude and one of them hit a guy on a bike.. We had to change the vehicle twice for an 2hr ride.

Journey in minivan to and from Pai on time. Nice and easy pick up from hotel in Chiang Mai. Convenient toilet stop with a shop half way on the journey.

Our driver was driving very unsafe. He drove very fast, drove on the wrong lane and tried to pass other vehicles in blind corners. We were scared and told him to slow down.
