The driver drove really dangerous. Not only for but also for motorcycles on the way. Once he almost crashed into one. For a six hours ride it can't be, that there is so many luggage inside the van. There was a lot of space on the roof. But now I know why he didn't put it there.... He threw my suitcase from up there and broke it totally. It's unusually now. I can't use the wheels and it's open for about 15 cm. Very bad experience!!! And it costs me a new suitcase.

I’m trying to understand why this service is 3 times the price of the normal service. The only reason that it gets you to pai a little earlier than the other service at 225b is because the departure point is 40 mins outside of chiang mai center. (300b grab taxi) and also because it doesn’t stop along the way for the a break. Save yourself 500b and book the cheaper service. It’s exactly the same, and if anything better because it stops half way for a toilet break.

The van left earlier than scheduled which was great! Easy to book and check in. The meet up point is a short drive from the Airport. The ride was much longer than expected though.

Overall good experience, we did arrive earlier than scheduled, driving style was ok, no issues with motion sickness. Driver did accept calls on his mobile phone though multiple times, when the bus he was driving really needed both hands to operate, and he was basically shouting into his phone. Bit annoying, but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

The driver drove very fast on the hilly side of the journey. A few times the van even drifted a little bit. It arrived earlier than shown on the ticket but this should not be at the expense of safety I think.
