The bus was clean and the service was kind. Unfortunately there were no blankets which I missed as the bus airco can get real cold. The service came by with the possibility of snacks which was great.There was a pendle bus to Le Hong Phong without any costs. I tried contacting the operator for some additional information but there was no response.

The bus did not go to the correct drop off point stated on the ticket. 7.6km further away. I had already organised a taxi to pick me up and this had completely ruined my plans and wasted over an hour of my time. Destination on ticket 266 Le Hong Phong, destination dropped off at Western bus station.

Wen we arrived in HCMC there was NO guidance. Noone cared about where I needed to go for the included hotel shuttle, and when I asked around all I got where vague directions which didn't help much. At some point I found a nice driver whom I explained my problem via translate app and who brought me to the shuttle. Again, the shuttle didn't even ask where I needed to go. All I could do was follow the drive via gps and asking them to drop me at the street when we were closish.
