Customers should be aware that many of the trips available on 12Go are rarely as advertised, especially trips involving Minibuses in and around the Bangkok area. You will often experience late pick ups, journeys that take twice as long as advertised , often poorly maintained, cramped vehicles with crap AC. Drivers that don’t speak a word of English, yet somehow still manage to be rude. Expect lots of random stops too (getting fuel before the journey doesn’t seem to occur to them). If you’re ok with all of that, they do get you to your destination…… eventually. I will give 12Go some praise though, the journeys I’ve booked in the southern Islands have been generally pretty decent. It’s frustrating that almost every journey I’ve booked on the mainland/Bangkok area just seem so poor by comparison!? One particular journey to Ayutthaya I paid 150 Baht for what was advertised as a return ticket. According to the Operator however it wasn’t, and I ended up paying an additional 80 baht to get back. Long story short 12Go charged me double for a single ticket lol! 12Go, either work with the Operators to improve the service, or at least be more transparent about what your customers can expect;)

The departure was on time but we arrived later than scheduled. The minivan was comfortable and had air conditioner but not boot space for luggage storage.

Not bad. The booking is easy to make and works well. Mochit Station staff was rude and our busdriver made us keep our bags at our feet which was not ideal. He was friendly at the end though haha.

It was not minivan but bus. The final stop is not easy to understand before and during the travel.. the driver didn't speak english. The good point was the flexibility of the operator : our first bus arrived with 2 hours late but it was not a problem for connection with the second one which was operated by an other company :-) Thanks !!

Originally booked the Bus at 1200 noon departure but once reaching the counter get to know that it was more than 1 hr late and actually left at 1330 hrs. Have to wait there for long time without any use and there was no prior update to us on this.

The 12GO desk was easy to find, although there were lots of desks in the office. Given ticket and pointed in the direction of the mini bus. Taken to the bus by the driver, sign in front saying 'Ayutthaya' so I knew I was on the right bus lol The bus was FULL. Smooth trip, couple of stops to pick up and drop off. Made the destination by the drop off time. I would recommend:)
