The bus changed departure time but I had been informed at 6 pm of the previous day, my trip was changed from 8:30 am to 7:30 am the day later. The new schedule is not suitable for me but the operator and 12 Go didn’t agree to refund money to me. They said they did change the schedule and no one from their side informed it even I have an email from their side. I don’t know if not them, who can know my personal information with detail booking ID and information, route, time, etc. I booked from Bangkok but later on my departure is other province, anoit 40km from BkK, with the same bus station name

The bus terminal was pretty hard to find. Our taxi driver took us to the usual bus terminal, we then had to walk to what seem to be the « new » terminal (the information desk at the usual terminal showed us on a small map how to get there). The bus left relatively on time. Made many stops. Wasn’t super comfortable but practical because it dropped us near our hotel at Ayutthaya.

Excellent service! Using GPS coordinates for the meeting point along with a photo is a great idea. We were picked up immediately upon arrival - within just a minute, we were in the minibus. The air conditioning was set perfectly (often people tend to make it too cold).

Got picked up in a lovely van, which we presumed would take us direct. Instead, we were brought 20 min to this other bus stop in Bangkok. We waited for 30min for this other bus to take us. It was not made clear that we would have to change bus. Would have probably been cheaper to just get taxi ourselves to bus station and buy the ticket ourselves. It seemed to be a public bus.
