The 12GO desk was easy to find, although there were lots of desks in the office. Given ticket and pointed in the direction of the mini bus. Taken to the bus by the driver, sign in front saying 'Ayutthaya' so I knew I was on the right bus lol The bus was FULL. Smooth trip, couple of stops to pick up and drop off. Made the destination by the drop off time. I would recommend:)

We bought. 2 tickets from Bangkok to ayutthaya at 160 baht each ..total of 320 baht. When I looked at my receipt it showed 320 baht + 180 baht for some other reason. You have made a mistake and I would like a refund of 180 baht please.

The van was fine but ordering the ticket on 12go slipped in an extra 90 baht for health insurance I don't need. So 160 baht became 250 and no one takes responsibility. SCAM.
