I dont know where to start, finding the bus location may be difficult but that is the least of your worries. If the van(compact minibus) is scheduled to leave at 1pm, then do not expect the bus to leave untill 2pm. Also they want you to pay for entire extra seats for your luggage to go on. They do not advertise this anywhere and even if they did, do not do that. These drivers and their companies do not respect you, so do not respect them back. Our driver had the classic super long finger nail and could not stop sniffling the entire drive. Whether it be meth or cocaine, he was definitely on something. Besides those signs, he was consistently yelling at guests about bags and noise, none of which were an issue. Oh ya, he also almost killed 2 young girls on a motorbike, he could not drive straight for shit. Also expect the drivers to stop about every 10 minutes to pick up mystery packages. There is more to tell, but i need to learn to forgive and forget. Good luck to you all.

Overall great but no option to sit together when travelling with a child so had to share a seat with my daughter and my husband sitting 10 seats away. Also could only book expensive sleeper carraige for 45 minute trip.
