An awful experience. On the day changed the time to pick me up 2.5hrs early. Was then an hour late. Tried to leave me at the harbour for the connecting ferry with an almost 2hr wait when they promised me I would get an earlier ferry given they picked me up early. Was very stressful and I had to keep the driver and not let him leave til his boss did something.

Driver was a little bit early, luckily as there was traffic going slower from some flooding on the roads. Boat was delayed but only due to bad weather, was a reasonable ride over. Would absolutely use this service again, amazing value for money

My trip was from Uluwatu to Nusa Lembongan. The pickup at my accommodation was late, and as a result we also arrived late at the harbor, which caused me to miss my ferry. To be fair, I did not have to pay again and they arranged another fast boat with a different company. However, I had to wait two hours at the port, which was very inconvenient. Overall, due to the delays and poor time management, I would not choose this company again.
