The day before departure, I received a message indicating the departure time: 9:00 AM. The night before, around 11:30 PM (when people are usually asleep), I received another message informing me of a schedule change. This is hardly a reasonable time to give notice, especially since the departure was scheduled for 9:00 AM the following morning. Furthermore, the message indicated an 8:20 AM departure time and a location that was completely incorrect: Ubud, even though I was in Uluwatu. I woke up the next morning at 8:15 AM and saw these messages on my phone. The departure was in 5 minutes. The communication with the partner clearly needs improvement. The driver and the transfer itself were fine.

My trip was from Uluwatu to Nusa Lembongan. The pickup at my accommodation was late, and as a result we also arrived late at the harbor, which caused me to miss my ferry. To be fair, I did not have to pay again and they arranged another fast boat with a different company. However, I had to wait two hours at the port, which was very inconvenient. Overall, due to the delays and poor time management, I would not choose this company again.
