We had to change mini vans because it had been failing, the driver said nothing, he was just coming very slowly and talking on the phone. They changed our mini van and the air conditioning did not serve him. in the office to give us the boat ticket they took more than 15 min and then in the port we waited about 30 min. the trip in the terrible boat, we jumped a few jumps and the captain did not slow down. When I realized that they left me on a different beach than the selected one.

Upon arrival, the staff was ready to assist with luggage and provide clear instructions about the boat ride. The boat trip itself was well managed, with helpful staff, clear information, and everything running exactly on schedule. I felt well taken care of throughout the journey. Upon arrival at Koh Lipe, staff were again there to help with luggage and guide us through immigration and onto the beach. Overall, a perfect and worry-free experience. I would highly recommend this route from Ao Nang to Koh Lipe to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free transfer to paradise.

Overall experience is dated poor due to the reckless driving by the minibus driver from Ao Nang to Pakbara pier. Continuously speeding, driving on the other side of the road, getting up close to vehicles in front and beeping to get them to move out of the way. There were multiple occasions where he slammed on his brakes because cars ahead had slowed and there was no room for him to overtake.

Picked up on time, long drive to Pak Bara pier, driver stopped for a couple of toilet breaks for us. Well organised at the pier to collect our boat tickets and get on the boat to Ko Lipe. The first boat we got on appeared to have a problem shortly after we set off, they sent another boat and we transferred over. This was all handled fairly quickly with our luggage transferred for us. No one on the boat spoke English though, luckily a passenger could translate and let us know what was going on. Very little information about timings, etc...you just have to trust the process!

Great smooth transfer from Aonang to Koh Lipe. Very organised professional service. Spacious comfortable bus from Aonang to Pak Bara Pier and straight onto speedboat without any hanging around at Pak Bara to Koh Lipe. No stops at other places on the speedboat as i’d read some people had experienced so a very good service I would recommend. Recieved a text night before about my specific pick up time and was picked up on time. Many thanks!

The speedboat was going far to fast for the conditions of the sea. Baggage was falling everywhere , he was hitting the waves like a madman. This felt like he was doing this as sport and no consideration for the comfort passengers at all.
