I missed because of force majeur the ferry Padang Bai to Gili Air. There is no way you can claim refunding or contact the service. Not according to standards!!! I dont recommend using this platform! Best Andreas

Everything was very good and clean. The boat was very comfortable and on Time. One negative Point: someone of the crew throw something into the sea (2 times). I could Not see what it was.

Pickup on time but I waited like over 2h for the ferry and in the end we an hour later on gili t. But next to that ypu have to pay the 30k harbour fee but it worked out.
