Ugo SAjud is Indonesian, but he has the timing of a Japanese man, the timing was perfect. He also drive like a pro. Plus, he has good music, and if you ask nicely, he will let you play your own music. I would have put 10* but only 5* possible. Thank you very much, will do it again just for the trip ;)

Laura The pickup was awesome! Everything worked perfectly fine. But at the harbor, we had to wait for three hours to get on our boat. So instead of arriving around 2 p.m., we got there around 4:30 p.m. It wasn’t because of the boat, but because of the waiting time — that was really annoying. But the boat ride itself was great again!

Claudia we went to gili trawalgan and it was a perfect trip the transfer was with pranandika arya hudatara, who was very attentive in every ways, we arrived to the harbour with plenty of time, and the ferry company was also ok, for the price is completly fine!

Melanie BUnfortunately it wasn't a hotel pick up as booked. We had to take a grab to get to the pickup point, which was a supermarket in ubud.
The ferry was also in a bad condition.
No air-conditioning, mold on the windows and very narrow seats with no leg space.
Would really recommend to avoid this company if you can.
