Communicated efficiently.even with language barrier. Fast trip, drove well but got me to the destination quickly and no issues at all. I really appreciate the professionalism and will gladly use them again!

Pamela MI actually used G8 Open Tour twice from Hue to Danang and again Danang to Hoi An. Both times were great, the stations are clean and have bathrooms, the staff are nice and you feel well looked after. The bus itself is very nice, the seats have a control panel which you use to have a massage, recline the chair, left the leg rest. Also, charging ports and water was also provided. 100% recommend

Olga WI have been told to arrive 40 min earlier the then the bus schedule, but then the bus arrived almost 40 late then the original time schedule.
The bus smell of cigarets which was unpleasant, and the final stop was almost in middle of nowhere in Hoi An.
But we got there eventually 👍

Vinciane FExpected a shared mini-van but it was a shared normal car. Driver + 5 passagers with each a big luggage, we were crammed in there. Very uncomfortable ride. Not what was announced.
