Very efficient way to book the train. No problem at the station with e-tickets. Boarding was problem free.

The train cabin was not the cabin in your 12GO promo picture. There was no wifi for 95% of this 17 hour trip. The A/C was ok at best. The food package looked like a sandwich but it was a bread roll, banana and a small bag of cheese crackers.

It was better than we expected. Train left and arrived on time. It would have been nice to have the snacks that was part of our package that we bought to be displayed on the table instead of being in a brown paper bag. Washrooms were clean. The door to the compartment to get food was broken while we were there.

Advertised as high quality train adventure. Rather disappointed, and would rate at average as best. A bottle of water was the welcome drink, are you kidding?

Six of us traveling. We booked 4 beds in 1 cabin and 2 in another cabin. And did not notice that the confirmed tickets had 3 & 3, which means we had 1 person join us in each cabin. The operator tried to ‘fix’ it but we had to change a lower berth to an upper berth bed!!!

The bus was great until getting into Phnom Penh. There was a festival and none of use were made aware and we were stuck in stand still traffic for 2 hours. Every decided to get off the bus and find our own way into the city so I don't know when the bus actually arrived at the designated destination. We were supposed to arrive at 4pm but I got off the bus at 7:30pm.
