Alok PWe had a child with us and we were disappointed initially as we got top berths for both the seats. However after Ninh Bing station lower berths got free and the staff informed us that we can use the lower berths now, which made the journey quite comfortable.

Renate SWe already traveled earlier with another train. This was much better. Only missing a hook inside cabine. Breakfast could be better than a breakfast box. But overall a good choice
And at this price - poor to take luggage yourself from lounge to train. Include stairs up and down
Finally a small cooler in cabine should be available

Ajay BThis was a great journey from Hanoi to Danang. we were told to come 45 mins early so that a ticket can be generated. There was an operator who was already present there to greet us and to hand over the ticket to us. There was some confusion but we spoke to the customer service and they advise that all is well and its not fraud. We were very thank full to the operator who was patiently waiting for us to be handed over the ticket. 5 Stars for him. our train coach was lockable and had lots of snacks provided to us. we had two down seats and 1 up seat. We slept well during the night time. The toilets were very clean and we were impressed with everything. In the morning the train went via scenic route of driving close to the beach. So amazing. we reached on time and loved the whole journey. We will do this train journey again.

Mark BPoor. Beds were incredibly hard and water stores ran out by morning so toilets out of action and no handwashing. Just book a regular trip - no need for an expensive tour operator. That add nothing to the experience except frustration.

Evelyn MThe service was friendly and helpful, offering drinks and snacks periodically; we also enjoyed the complimentary snacks/water. The toilet and washrooms were clean.
The beds however were hard and uncomfortable, and we found we were sharing with an older man as a group of young women which we weren’t warned about.
