There is a bus change at the border, the seat reservation is for the malaysia bus.
There was only 1 stop in Malaysia, so use the border toilets too. The total travel time was 8h and the bus didn't go to Kuala sentral as booked! The driver said, he can't stop there.

Elise DWe specifically chose this bus because it was advertised as arriving at KL Sentral.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The journey ended up being more than three hours behind schedule. While delays can happen, what was most frustrating was that the bus did not even stop at KL Sentral. Instead, passengers were dropped off about 15 minutes away and left to find their own way to the booked destination.
The reason given was a festival in Kuala Lumpur. However, this was clearly known in advance and passengers should have been informed before departure.
The advertised travel time also seems unrealistic compared to the actual duration of the trip, even without big traffic jams. So keep this in mind when planning your travels.
Overall, poor communication, a significant delay, and failure to deliver the booked drop-off location made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose this service again.

Max FThe travelling time was supposed to be 5 Hours and 8 minutes. We took 10 hours to arrive which is double the amount. If you look on google maps and check the route, you can see it is impossible to go to Kuala Lumpur in 5 hours 8 minutes...Of course we didnt check beforegand because you stated a time amd we trust you. My partner gets travel sick when in buses longer then 6-7 hours. This is why we where so happy about the bus. In the end we arrived at 19.00 instead of 14.00 and my girlfriend felt completely sick and had to throw up. And no - this is not due to traffic or any stops...I checked google maps times and It is physically impossible to arrive within your estimated arrival time from Singapore to KL...I am asking for a partial refund as double the amount of travelling time without any heavy traffic jams is really not okay. You need to change the travel time on the bus from SG to KL...

Gladwyn BThe bus journey from the Malaysia checkpoint to Malacca was comfortable and smooth. However, the bus from Bugis MRT to the checkpoint did not have the same comfortable seats.
The staff throughout the journey were polite, informative, and friendly, which was appreciated.
As a tourist with limited local knowledge, it was quite shocking to be dropped off in Malacca on a motorway with no access to taxi services or safe onward transport. This made the arrival stressful and unsafe.
Please consider arranging drop-offs at safer, more accessible locations. For anyone booking this service, please be aware of this situation in advance.

Charlotte HThe bus was delayed at the pick-up zone. I had messaged the provided WhatsApp and got a very minimal reply; no notice about the delayed arrival. However, other passengers nearby has received a much more detailed message including the expected late arrival. Not sure why this wasn't communicated to me also.
Had one driver and bus until the border crossing, and a second driver/bus afterwards. Both busses were comfortable and clean. Both drivers were polite and spoke excellent English. Cannot fault them at all.
The journey took longer than advertised, but after reading reviews I expected this.
The one major letdown however, is that we ended our journey at the bus terminal on the outskirts of KL. When I booked the journey, the drop off was advertised as Bukit Bintang (city centre). When I queried the driver if it was the last stop, he seemed as confused as me, and told me only that he'd been instructed to go there and he wasn't sure what was happening. He went away to investigate only to come back and let me know that this was our final stop. He seemed also surprised by this.
Was pretty frustrating as I was then faced with paying for a Grab or traveling for another hour on public transport with changes (late at night) to get to my hostel. Ended up paying for a Grab but that's additional cost that should have been covered by the bus service.
In summary, the drivers were great and informative, drive was smooth, but the operation in general was poorly organised and the arrival at the wrong terminal was deeply frustrating.

Maria TMy booking was for a trip from Singapore to KL Sentral. The bus dropped us off at KLIA2! It said that was the only stop and that no other buses go to Sentral! So I don't understand why it lets you choose your arrival location. I chose this bus because it was supposed to take me to KL Sentral.

Only when we asked the company by WhatsApp where the bus was, we get information the arrive was delayed. This caused a delay in travel, but above all, it was a source of unrest because the ticket states that if you pass passport control too late, the bus won't wait for you. Now, we were through control within 5 minutes, but no bus. This could use some improvement.

Ma Kthe trip to singapore was very good.however, the return trip to malaysia was disappointing. we were not informed that we need to transfer buses for 3 times and we had to wait for a long time to the next bus to arrive. the trip was supposed to be at 1:10pm to 6:38pm however, because of the long waiting time, we arrived KL at 10pm already. some of us had to rebook their flights at the airport because of the delays. please work on this.thank you

Then the second bus that was very comfortable was on delay. So we feared to be forgotten, no happy feeling in a unknown country. Otherwise o.k.! Regards!

CAMILLE Y1/5 — Terrible Experience with Star Qistna!
Our trip with Star Qistna was a complete nightmare. The bus was delayed in Malaysia, and we were shuffled around confusingly from one waiting area to another without any proper updates. We were told the bus was leaving, but ended up just waiting more.
Once on board, the bus moved painfully slow (around 70kph), which made the journey drag on far longer than expected. The air conditioning was freezing cold with no way to adjust it, and the interior lights didn't work, so we sat in darkness the entire time.
The worst part? At the Malaysia-Singapore immigration checkpoint, the driver suddenly transferred us to another bus without explaining anything—not even how long the wait would be. After waiting an unacceptably long time, we gave up and paid extra to take a Causeway Link bus just to get to Bugis.
We were traveling with an infant, and this experience left us sick and exhausted.
Avoid Star Qistna at all costs. The cheap price is not worth the stress, confusion, and hidden costs. You’ll lose time, comfort, and possibly your health. Never again!

Vera AOverall the trip was great. One bus takes you from Singapore over the border into Malaysia and another bus takes you from there to KL. Both buses were really comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The seat sizes were well adequate and reclining options very good. The journey was very comfortable.
The only issue was the bus time changed from 9am to 7am but we only got told after 9pm the night before. Then the bus came 1.5 hours late. So we got up extra early and waited outside in the heat and humidity for nothing.

Philipp KI guess that's the industry standard. I missed links to track the bus position. Therefore a lot of uncertainty about actual pick up (30 minutes late without information) and arrival time (5 hours delayed). While the driver did his best to drive fast I felt there was zero communication, dangerous and reckless driving and no wifi as advertised on the bus.
