While the ticket included seat numbers, no one took any notice on boarding causing arguments between passengers. In any case we were put on different buses for each of the 3 stages of the trip. On arrival at the HK immigration no announcement in English so we just followed the crowd. The 11.45 am departure from HK had a scheduled arrival time of 1 pm which is ridiculous given the need to get off and pass through 2 immigration buildings. Actual arrival nearer 2 pm.

Not problem till the "border". Timing of total transfer shown on website was misleading. Took a lot longer than indicated. After customs and immigration, complete chaos on the HK site, difficult to find staff and to know which bus to take, to each destination. Most staff not speaking any english did not help our experience!!!!! But we managed...

Exact pickup point and return point were not clear, nor were the pickup points on the journey, after passing through security/customs. Also, the return point left us needing to buy a ferry back to Hong Kong island.
