Dalove WGreat experience. Easy check in at Rassada Pier. There is no luggage limit which is nice.
I booked standard class leaving at 8:30am and it was an air con on the lower level of boat with toilet. It was more than enough space plus you can sit on the sunbathing decks and they offered some chairs up there as well.
You can upgrade class once on boat if you like.
There was a station with free bread croissants tea and coffee.
We made a short stop about 10min from Phi Phi to unload some passengers and goods. It look less than 5 minutes.
We were pretty much on time maybe 2-5 minutes off at most.
Very comfortable ride.

Stefan Lmore than 30 minutes delay. It's a ferry, seats ok, air in the cabin a little bit sticky, but that's standard in Thailand. Nothing special, but safe and reliable, ferries are always more comfortable than speed boats

Viktoria GBefore our trip I was worried for the boat journey to Phi Phi but Phi Phi Cruiser was the best choice. Everything went smoothly. They picked us up from the hotel (maybe it would be better if they text you 30 min before that, just to be sure that they will pick you because if your hotel is not one of the first ones on the way you would wonder if they are coming or to grab a taxi). We arrived an hour later but I don’t mind that, just want to be safe 😅

Elliot SIt was a bit of a guessing game getting to the ferry but from there it was a breeze. A guy was waiting with my name at Krabi Pier who took me to the bus station. The staff were super helpful and told me where to go. And the bus ride was really good! We had reclining seats, a small bag with a snack and water. We also stopped off at this canteen on the way to Bangkok which the food was included with our bus ticket! Smooth journey all the way. 10/10.

Megan LLarge surrounding and upper deck that was nice to stand out on a watch scenery and get fresh air. Standard ferry interior for Thailand. Ferry was 30mins late on departure. Aircon inside was okay.
