Sit at the back seats if waves bother you. Front rows are like a wild road coaster full of bumps. It makes you feel sick. The three stars only for the time. It says 45min but it did 1h20m, almost double. I read the bad reviews but i took the risk to travel with this boat, so i don't review negative this trip about the feeling but only for the time. Otherwise it would be 1 star

If you find yourself travelling from Phuket airport to Phi Phi, these guys were a great shout. Checked in at stand at airport (we actually arrived much earlier than expected, and driver took us straight away) about 1 hr by car, took us straight to pier, someone was waiting on us, got fast tracked to check in, and boarded the speed boat without any fuss - despite how busy pier was. Boat right was very bumpy! But the captain cant help that!

No problems. A little worn, but comfortable seats, plenty of space. Calm ride. Nice staff with good information. Also selling open tickets for ferrys from Phi Phi, cheaper then online. A small shop selling snacks and drinks on the ferry. Ferry said 2h but did take 2,5h though, even in calm waters.

Very much on time and very friendly behaviour for first timers like us. Pleasant experience worth choosing each time. All negative reviews can be ignored, they are just superb! We took 2pm speedboat and reached exactly by 3pm. Very much on time and comfortable!

I think I'm the only person who is thankful for having a delay in departure! I was running really late because of massive traffic jams from Patong beach Phuket to Rassada pier in Phuket town. I arrived almost 10 min past the departure time, however boarding hasn't even started! So in that sense I was lucky but the ferry WAS late to depart after all. Besides that everything went well. Checking was easy (at the very end of the building, last gate). Seats were comfortable enough, AC was really good, decent toilet. You can go to upper decks and enjoy the views as well. On Phi Phi pier, because is small it might be a bit chaotic but unrelated to this operator. You have to pay 20 baht island tax when you enter so get some change ready in your pocket. Enjoy!
