Fast trip from Phuket to Phi Phi. A little bumpy but I made sure I took travel sickness medication prior to the trip. Everyone was on the boat early so we managed to get going about 20 minutes early!

finding the boat at the dock was easy, getting on board was great. We expected an on time departure and we left 20 minutes late ( 8:50am ). The ride over was great until we got close to Phi phi island. We planned for a docking of 10:30am PER THE TICKET WE PURCHASED. However, we did not dock UNTIL 11:30 am. We had planned another tour at 10:45 knowing we would be docking at 10:30. The information online was INCORRECT and we are EXTREMELY unhappy.

Everything was great, the transfer pick up from our hotel was late, this made me nervous in addition to finding out at midnight night before pick up details. A bit more communication would solve the problem. The website did say not to worry, we were told ferry wpuld wait for us :) I would use 12go again.

Boat was very crowded and hot. Seats were so small everyone was sitting in to of each other. Windows were so high we couldn't see out. Next time I'll take the ferry.

On the actual day we missed our boat, because of flight delay, it was no ptoblem to change the tickets to the next day
