Can't book ticket at the pier. Book online first or before check-in starts at 8am. Can book online on your phone then check in immediately after. Boat a bit rough but understandable. Bring ear plugs if you don't like noise. Great trip!

We went from Phi Phi to Koh Samui through this company. It was a ferry, then bus, then another ferry. It was all very well organised and smooth, I would recommend them. Just to note, it can be a bit confusing. Especially at first, the check in part at Phi Phi is on the pier area near the ferries. Ask the locals , show your ticket and they should be able to help, they did us. Then once you get to Krabi, you need to go out and find the outside ‘waiting area’ ASAP. The one we went to is a little out of the exit and to the left. You’ll see a big red sign to show it’s a waiting area. Someone then came over and asked us to see our ticket, he pointed us in the direction of the companies bus, which had a big logo stating the company name, from there someone should provide you your bus and ferry tickets once you’ve displayed your 12Go ticket.
