I think I'm the only person who is thankful for having a delay in departure! I was running really late because of massive traffic jams from Patong beach Phuket to Rassada pier in Phuket town. I arrived almost 10 min past the departure time, however boarding hasn't even started! So in that sense I was lucky but the ferry WAS late to depart after all. Besides that everything went well. Checking was easy (at the very end of the building, last gate). Seats were comfortable enough, AC was really good, decent toilet. You can go to upper decks and enjoy the views as well. On Phi Phi pier, because is small it might be a bit chaotic but unrelated to this operator. You have to pay 20 baht island tax when you enter so get some change ready in your pocket. Enjoy!

They took our money, but never sent the booking info. So I payed for nothing. Tryed to get it, had e-mail contact with their support several times but they never sent it. I asked for my money back but no. Do not use 12GO.

The speedboat is great it gets you there in about 45 mins but it’s seriously bumpy, like actually a bit scary at points. If you get even a bit seasick do not take the speedboat, it is seriously bumpy.

Worst experience ever. Fuel smell inside the boat and temperature was so hot that for both of us majority of the travel time we felt sick. Not sure why they closed all the windows in the boat.
