I booked shuttle from the hotel to the pier in Phuket and then the boa to Phi Phi. Everything was very well organised. The driver was punctual, the van comfortable, we got to the pier with enough time to calmly check in. There were people to inform us about what to do and where to go at every step, it made the transfer a lot easier.
