Not bad, but 30 min late. We arrived at the pier, they told us to check in at the gate. You expected you were boarding now, but no one made an announcement. I loved the fact that you could walk outside, to the front, you got plenty of room, so you can choose what to do and enjoy the ride.

Premium seats at upper deck with ac rooms and sofa was a great choice for hot weather. Would recommend that for all travelers seeking comfort. Staff was very nice and helpful too.

It was a good size boat. Took longer than 2.5 hours and lots of people smoking plus the fume. Staff did not take our luggage out so I had to go back in and the crowd was big.

Fast trip from Phuket to Phi Phi. A little bumpy but I made sure I took travel sickness medication prior to the trip. Everyone was on the boat early so we managed to get going about 20 minutes early!
