The boat was in very good conditions, it looked new. The life vests were there for everyone and they gave water to every customer. Sadly the "boss" (as he called himself) was extremely unfriendly, he was treating usike a teacher in elementary school shouting and telling us to not do things without even explaining why (very different from what we experiences until now in Thailand). This man with his behaviour is a ruin for Green Planet service. No one can address to an adult customer in the way he did.

We thoroughly enjoyed the speedboat from Bang Rong Pier to Nattaran pier however when we got to our destination we had to strategically climb and balance across other large speedboats to get to the shore. I am a small and dexterous 71 year old and I managed it with staff assistance but there would be many older travellers who would find it a challenge. All other aspects of the trip were excellent although the big engines are understandably noisy.

No help to unload baggage off..OMG they just sat and watched us struggle across 3 boats with heavy suitcases. Cannot see anything from inside the speedboat or to take pictures of the beautiful surroundings
