We were supposed to arrive at 2:45pm but we arrived at 5:45pm We were supposed to do Gili T to Gili Air to Lombok but we did the opposite. But when we ask the captain he said we arrive at Gili T but 5 min after we are in Lombok The don’t’ care at all about our luggages they even broke one of them

Everything seemed a bit unorganized. The line of cars to get to the ticket booth was very long and slow and our driver dropped us off and said it was a short walk but it wasn't and we ended up getting solicited by two men on motor bikes to drive us and our luggage there for $10. I didn't know there was an additional port fee not included in pre-purchased tickets. Then we all had to walk, like cattle over to another building pulling and carrying luggage through mud and pot holes. The boat was an hour late but there were no comprehending announcements made. The luggage storage was a scattered mess putting on and off to pick up. Then it took 2 hours to get there instead of the scheduled 1.5 hours. The good part was that we actually made it and it wasn't too rough to get seasick.

The company canceled the 11am ferry and sent us an email informing us that they would put us on the next available time. We didn't like the idea but we understand that there are cancellations, at least there was good communication. all good with the ferry .you need to pay 30.000 ( tasa turistica /impuesto portuario)
