Very very long waiting time. We came an hour earlier for the check in as requested. The boat suppose to leave at 13:15 and we left like 14:45. As we came for the check in we got a number, we thought this number is our number so we gna be inbetween those first ppl on boat. This didn’t happen. We were waiting and waiting, the whole Organisation is very bad!!! I would never ever book it again, rather „10“ Euro more but Luxus a lil and maybe earlier arrival!!! We came late and so lost a one day from our stay on G.Trawagan!!!! Plus the windows are dark so u see like nothing from the sea, incase u see a dolphin, its like u never did, cz u can’t see properly and can’t take any good picture!!!

Boat was an hour late and it was extremely confusing what was happening, there was too many people and not enough order. Causing many people to stand in the heat all packed together in line for an hour for no reason. Inside boat was comfortable though.

Journey with the boat was very comfortable and a bout condition is very well. But waiting time before boat ride was extremely long and uncomfortable. 13:15 was a ride time, we were transferred to other smaller room which was way too small for such a big crowd of travellers and without informing us about situation we were forced to sit there and sweat for more than an hour. I am not spoiled, but it was a tough hour.

We were supposed to arrive at 2:45pm but we arrived at 5:45pm We were supposed to do Gili T to Gili Air to Lombok but we did the opposite. But when we ask the captain he said we arrive at Gili T but 5 min after we are in Lombok The don’t’ care at all about our luggages they even broke one of them
