Rosie LFerry was brilliant but in order to get the transfer they were saying that it would either be a 6 hour journey or what we could get a direct transfer for 1.5 million! Ended up having to fork out for a grab which was frustrating and still expensive. Really annoying as we payed for and booked a Kuta transfer

Leila LMy ticket was for morning ferry, but at midnight the driver send me a message saying that he would like to leave in the afternoon. After a while of talking he agreed to pick us up at 5:30 (ticket was for 6am). He made us pay extra (SCAM!!) for the hotel pick up.. We got to the island as planned, but the driver’s behavior was shady. Boat was really nice and comfortable.

Abel Air-conditioning wasn’t on until we boarded; we were more than half and hour sweating literally. They usually sell more seats than the boat has; there were people standing. It was supposed to be 1 hour and 30 minutes and it was really 2 hours and 30 minutes( we departured 10 minutes later only); so the time established wasn't really true.
