am furious about this experience. This trip was absolutely nothing like what I paid for. I booked a large ferry, clearly stated in the description, and instead they crammed us onto a tiny speedboat that felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. This feels like blatant deception. I did not get the service I was promised, and I feel completely cheated. If you come across a boat called WIJAYA BUYUK CRUISE, stay far away. Their prices are not cheap, yet they fail to provide the vessel or service they advertise. This was hands down one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve had.
