The entertainers/singers aboard had amazing voices. Bathrooms did not have toilet paper. Rooms did not resemble the pictures shown. But overall ride was ok.

The ship is good but not the policy is clear, they have a lot of hidden chargers. Like what u did to my booking the price of my booking is around 6200 but ur deduction to my debit is 6770 is to much, and also about the cargo they get 5000 pesos for my cargo it's generator by the way, then when we arrive at cebu terminal they took again 1000 for the terminal fee but they not show any receipts.

Staff on the ship very helpful, on the ground, not so much, except for some attendants in the women's bathroom in the pier, who worked very hard

On the ticket the ETD was 8pm so we are already there around 5pm at the pier. Then it was already 9pm, 10, 11, then finally at around 12mn we were able to depart.but we dont even told that we were delayed and we dont know the reason why it was delayed for that long period or tym. Staying at the boat was not that easy its so hot. Then supposedly we arrive at cebu 6pm the next day.. I have choosen that trip because i know that i can still get a boat going to bohol @10pm but then we have reached cebu at 11pm then we were able to dis embark the boat around 12:30am- 1am. So how would i reached bohol on that day? It was very dissapointing. We dont have sleep because we need to stay at the pier until morning. So that we can catch up the 1st trip going to bohol. Lots of toilets but only few are working most of them was locked then some are OUt of Order. Though the entire boat was clean
