Said it was a 30 min ride but it took 1 hour beacause we had to wait to go ashore at the pier because it was boats in the way. Otherwise good ride. Got water from the staff as we waited

The speedboat was very loud compared. Another speed boat I had booked was not so loud. And staff was not friendly. When it came time to get in the boat, the gal just looked at us and said, “get in.” I understand the language barrier and maybe they’re over worked, but a smile goes a long way.

Delay in time, waiting in a moving pier. Journey was bumpy but this is to be expected in a speedboat in the ocean. Getting off in phiphi was chaos. There were people everywhere and you needed to pay the entrance fee.

Late to depart because the boat wasn't there yet. Overcrowded. Engine died halfway to Phiphi. to be fair the engineers fixed it enough to get going again
